2. Changes and Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via email to sales@lawyeraccess.net . LawyerAccess.Net will NOT REFUND its customers for any Cancellations. Once a Customer has selected a Key Word(s) or Phrase(s) and LawyerAccess.Net has Posted the EXCLUSIVE Key Word(s) or Phrase(s) there will be no changes allowed accept a URL change only if a customers loses the first site. LawyerAccess.Net RESERVES the right to not accept certain key words phrases or certain customers at their discretion. LawyerAccess.Net reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time including pricing without any warning to its advertisers.

3. EXCLUSIVITY TO KEYWORD(s) or PHRASE(s)  LawyerAccess.Net Gives EXCLUSIVE access to Key Word(s) or Phrase(s) to its customers for 1 year from the date LawyerAccess.Net Posts the Exclusive Key Word(s) or Phrase(s)  for its customers.

4. LEASES LawyerAccess.Net ONLY LEASES the KEY WORD(s) or PHRASE(s) on its site LawyerAccess.Net web site for 1 year at a time. LawyerAccess.Net DOES NOT SELL KEY WORD(s) or PHRASE(s) on LawyerAccess.Net

5. Payment. LawyerAccess.Net accepts payment via PayPal to sales@lawyeraccess.net Once the Keyword(s) or Phrase(s) has been accepted, approved and posted on LawyerAccess.Net PAYMENT MUST BE MADE TO sales@lawyeraccess.net by the clients. If Payment is NOT RECEIVED then LawyerAccess.Net reserves the right to take all legal actions necessary to retrieve the outstanding accounts owing to LawyerAccess.Net including all court fees and attorney fees. (Note: Late Payments. If payment is not received within 48 Hours LawyerAccess.Net reserves the right to charge $5.00 extra per day for Late Payments until paid. This is only during business Hours from Monday through Friday... excludes weekends and Holidays.)

6. Refunds. LawyerAccess.Net will not refund a customer for any reason whatsoever. Once the Keyword(s) or Phrase(s) has been accepted, approved and posted on LawyerAccess.Net there will be absolutely no refunds issued.

7. Delivery, Frequency and Make good. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by LawyerAccess.Net shall govern, regardless of whether advertiser/agency is using the services of a third party ad server. If LawyerAccess.Net fails to provide the guaranteed number of impressions, LawyerAccess.Net will make good on this contract.

8. Key Words and Phrases. LawyerAccess.Net offers  EXCLUSIVITY on keywords or phrases. Each advertiser will be given EXCLUSIVITY based upon the keywords/phrases they have chosen and LEASED for 1 FULL YEAR.

9. Rejections. LawyerAccess.Net reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

10. DATABASE. LawyerAccess.Net Search Engine has a database which it uses for its customers and visitors. Visitors access the data base on LawyerAccess.Net Search Engine and when they type in the Exclusive Key Word it directs them to our customer's web site. This LawyerAccess.Net Search Engine is for visitors to find an Attorney or Lawyer not for other competitors stealing our Database. If you are caught stealing our database we will prosecute you to the fullest length of the Law. We record all traffic. 

11. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants LawyerAccess.Net the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to LawyerAccess.Net. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of LawyerAccess.Net's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless LawyerAccess.Net and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) LawyerAccess.Net's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by LawyerAccess.Net.

12. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LawyerAccess.Net BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF LawyerAccess.Net HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
